This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Bernie was amazing! She made me feel so relaxed, listened to exactly what I wanted and was so friendly she felt like she was part of the bridesmaid group! Without her and the rest of the amazing girls in Ava Rose and wouldn't have been able to make a decision between two beautiful dresses! I can't wait to come back and try my dress on again! X
I bought my dress from the Silsden Boutique some time ago and have recently been to try it on again and pick my accessories. Just like the first time I went to the shop, the display of dresses and decor was amazing. An Aladdin's cave and every girl's dream. From the music, the displays of dresses, the cups of tea in cute china cups or the buck's fizz, I always knew that I was going to find my dress in this shop!Bernie was my consultant for the appointment and I felt like I have known her forever. I'm so glad that she was part of the experience for me, my Mum and my Sister. Every other girl in the shop is smiley and friendly and it's a really nice place to be.Bernie asked what I was looking for, for my over all look and based on this, we added the pieces one at a time. There were always lots of options to choose from but Bernie had me sussed and what she picked out was perfect. I felt completely reassured through the process and at no point did I feel pressured to pick anything that I didn't want to.Bernie has a personal approach and I could not recommend or review her more fondly. Came to Ava Rose after my sister found her wedding dress here back in 2016. Made to feel at home and I've never seen a more beautiful store. Becki helped me find my beautiful wedding dress for my special day and she made me feel confident and beautiful! The minute I walked into Ava Rose me and my mum were looked after so well. Its everything you would expect when you go to try on wedding dresses. Becki who looked after us (we keep referring to her as lovely Becki) was amazing, honest and made you feel so comfortable! All of the girls were lovely as well with their kind words when I found my dress. They were all just lovely! The dresses are all stunning and there is such a variety. I cannot wait to come back in Summer and work on my full wedding look. Xxx
