Makes you wait long times, doctors do nothing even if you are seriously sick, this place should be shut down or investigated for malpractice.Plus the fact the receptionist are so rude, 90% of them need to go through a course of how to deal with people. This is a small town and they can barley deal with simple things pathetic

The staff are very good whenever I need assistance however the triage system is completely useless and stupid go back to a system that has always worked in the past telephone appointments and booking appointments its worked for over 30 years and you only had 4 doctors always got seen within a day or two. Now theres at least 10 doctors and a wait of weeks before you get seen or get a phone call from a doctor . Another thing that needs scrapping is asking whats wrong with you , many people do not want to divulge there symptoms over the phone to a receptionist who may not have any medical knowledge. Another issue is the sending out of snotty letters telling you that on these days you missed an appointment and you may be stuck off. While I appreciate that it can cause inconvenience most people may have a good reason that they could not attend.

Reception staff are unbelievably useless and have a terrible attitude. I suppose this comes from being totally unaccountable. People can complain but nobody there cares, they all get paid regardless of whether they do the best job possible, or doss around making a phone call and a bit of admin look difficult. If this were a business in the private sector, it would have folded and the staff would be out long ago. But on the NHS gravy train everyone can continue to chat, drink coffee while whining how busy and hard worked they are with impunity. Btw, to guarantee an appointment just tell them you are on benefits and haven't worked in your life, they'll treat you like royalty.

Each time I try to get an appointment here I have to jump through hoops. The reception staff are rude and want far too many details about you when you call. I am suffering with my long term mental health condition and was told I need to wait a month for an appointment, Despite the Doc and psychiatrist saying I need to revisit after a week. The reception staff speak loudly about sensitive issues so all the waiting room can hear. No such thing as confidential or sensitive information here.

One particular member of the reception staff is extremely rude, abrupt and appears to have nil sympathy. When I called I explained to the receptionist that I was struggling to move due to severe pain, she spoke to me in a disgusting manner and was insistent that I walk round to the surgery!? Her attitude was appalling and I was left feeling more distressed after conversing with her. However I must say that the nurses are Fantastic, they are the best I've have come across, they have been brilliant with my son and myself on every occasion.
