Ive used both the other pharmacy's in silsden & couldn't ask for a better pharmacy than this one! I have complex illnesses & often have my medications changed at least a couple of times a year & after been with this one since it opened I can not praise them enough, the medication is sorted immediately, never anything forgotten or left off(as has happened often in the past with other pharmacies!)The staff go above & beyond what is expected of them & will go out of their way to help you, make sure you have all you need & always with a lovely smile & above all else they have a sense of humour & a laugh The delivery drivers are wonderful, very polite, always deliver your medication with a smile & a chat & have often called back even when they're supposed to have finished work with my medication if I'm not in when they call the 1st time. Wonderful, wonderful staff all of you, please don't any of you ever leave as it's you who make this pharmacy what it is.
Dispensed the wrong (repeated) prescription then the lady on the counter argued it was right.
