Food took about 2 hours to come even when told it would be 30 mins, when it eventually arrived was all cold

Used to be the best takeaway around .Don't know what's happened, food nowhere as good as it was and customer service not very good wrong order recieved earlier, rang up and explained what was wrong, delivery driver came with half of wrong order and questioned my order and checked my receipt.Still missing drink from original order. Will not order from tucos Silsden again
